Props can be a tool used by your MC. You may find props cheesy and not want them used at your event. You always have that option. When we use props it is to help get the party going or keep it going. A good example of the types or props we use is handing a couple of people on the dance floor a few inflatable guitars while playing the song Old Time Rock & Roll by Bob Seger. Another good example is giving 4 people each a different hat. One each would get a Construction Hat, a Policeman's Cap, a Cowboy Hat and an Indian Head Dress. And you probably guessed it alread, but we would have them dance and lead everyone to the YMCA by the Village People. Or maybe it would be handing out some maracas during an upbeat song like Conga by Gloria Estefan. These are just a few examples. You may even have some ideas of your own.
