Your MC will also coordinate with your caterer on times and any delays or changes during your event. He/she willl also coordinate with your photographer and/or videographer so that they are always aware of what is coming up next. You want these people to be prepared during special moments so that they can capture everything. We have found from experinece that having a 2 person team helps to make things run much smoother.
